I have a couple of these machines, customer says they are having the message "Network Initializing" quite often, sometimes for hours at a time, have to pwr off/on throughout the day to get to copy/print/or scan.
Firmware is up to date.
The customer had their own IT dept. network these just recently, IT says everything is good to go on their end. I have zero networking knowledge - what info. can I pass on to their IT dept. to fix this issue ?
A list of steps to take or things to try would be great for me to pass on to them, Thanks
