Need instructions to replace HDD and upgrade latest firmware on GL-1020

I recently got into the copier tech business and support quite a few of these eStudio 550s w/GL-1020 controller in the field. One of the things that I've noticed is that a considerable amount of these have issues with the GL-1020 print controllers. I've replaced so many of these controllers that I get used from my distributor. I have read quite a few threads with regards to running the recovery cd and re-imaging the controllers.

What I'd like to have is a set of instructions on how to do this and also the latest firmware revision for the gl-1020.

Before anyone asks I don't have access to fyi. I just got into this and really I'm learning alot of this stuff on my own, and from reading posts on this site.

Copy_guy or anyone else out there, PM me with any information that you can help with.
