    CBE0-E/S 3540c w/MJ-1106 & MJ-6103N puncher

Machine starts by folding horribly, then throws the CBE0-folding motor (M17) abnormality. I took the rear cover off to see whats what, fire the machine up. The machine comes to life then...EA40-open cover. The I/F is stating that there is also a stationary jam in the stationary tray paper path-which there is none. Also the machine boots oddly. The finisher normally makes a serious racket just to do nothing, but this one doesn't do squat. Now i have recently installed v. 3453 F/W. Could this be to blame, partly anyway? My next thing to try is re-flashing the finisher & puncher boards.
    Anyone got any ideas?

On the rear of the Exit Roller side of the Finisher is a belt driven by gears - the bushings wear - swap the 2 bushings, will get you out of trouble till replaced.
