I keep getting a e020 jam code and have checked everything that it says in the manual, I am leaning towards the exit motor?? it works fine for like 5-10 copies then it sounds like its slipping and the paper stops at the exit rollers and the fuser pushes the other paper up into the stuck one causing a fan fold..

Any one know the part number for the exit motor.. I can't seem to find it in the parts manual..

Edit: Its actually the duplex motor that runs the exit motor.. so I guess I need the part number for the duplex upper motor..
