    2830c toner counter?

I have a customer that insists she isn't printing any color but its counting color copies.. Is there a way that I can look up if color toner is being used? I know I can look at the % of toner left but I figured if there is a counter I can look up that tells me how much is being used that might be more proof.. Also is there a way to disable color all together?? I was thinking if I set up a log in that only had black and white permissions this might solve this issue as well.. they'd have to call use to get the password for color copies and then we would know they are using color after all.. thanks

If she has it set to auto colour when printing she may not even know she is printing in colour. That machine comes with a pixel count which will give you a bit of info. If you check pm support and the colour drums/devs to see if they match up to the colour counts (use page count not drive count)
It didn't say that I couldn't do it in the manual.

Is the machine set to default to color? When they are shipped from the factory the default is either Full Color or Auto Color. This can be set in user tools. You can set it to default to Black.
