Have you done a sensor check in the test mode. Have you looked at the actuator to see if that is ok?

of course im a 30 year veteran tech ive tried the sensors not the problem but thanks

i had this the other day and it was the registration clutch. it was the first time i saw it ever do that amongst the myriad of other issues ive seen it do. when the jam occurs does the print shift? otherwise we have had the exit bushings seize up on several occasions. is there a bridge unit on there. we have also had the mylar on the bridge gate rise up a little in the center due to a molding dimple.

was it comming out crooked from the tray then? getting hung in fuser?

Hi Razzer, I got two e-studio 355, I got the same problem as you describe do you have the solution for this?
