    Post Toshiba e5520c dropping network

I have a Toshiba e5520c droping the network connection. Reboot and connection comes back. Does anyone have any suggestions on what could cause this?
    Thanks

Check to make sure your copier firmware is up todate. V331.

static ip outside of dhcp range? to test next time it happens unplug machine and ping ip. If you have a response then that is the issue. If not check next step

Manually set the speed of the nic card. I have seen the auto negotiate cause issues with it dropping machine off from time to time.
And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

Try the simple stuff first, have you tried replacing the network cable? Try setting the network speed to 10/100 and make sure the machine is on a static IP address. Sometimes it is the dumbest stuff that trips us up.
No! we never do that with the copier.
