I have e-Studio 16 and tell me maintenance/drum.

What must to do to reset this masage without changing drum image?

Try just (08) 251 or 340 or 401

the drum life for this copier is 27000
you can reset the counter of drum whit [0] [8] [power] and then 673 to reset

here's a word document i made up once for the reset procedure on that family of models.. however, i have to say that i do recommend replacing drum and blade if it has actually been 27,000 copies since last changing..nothing more aggravating (and embarrassing) than going to a service call for copy quality issues due to drum after just visiting it recently and resetting drum count without replacing after p/m count was reached.. hope the document helps..good luck

Hi,

I have an E studio 16 and the copy is always stopping at the same point. The error refers to the duplex and when we open up that area the paper end is sitting just above the drum.

Any solutions?

Check paper sensors.

Thank You for the procedur to reset the drum message, But as soon as I cleared it I now get `Time for Maintenance`. Can I clear this the same way?

for reset the drum counter of e-studio16 you must:
1-power off
2-press and hold 0 , 8 keys
3-power on
4-after beep release keys
5-type 673
6-press ok button
7-power off
8-power on

What is procedure for clearing or reseting Maintenance Message. I just installed drum and cleared that message but now have maintenance message. Thank You, John
