10871087 is a Mita service code not Toshiba.
Try turning the machine on while holdin 0&8

this particular toshiba really is a mita, so toshiba codes wont work. have to use mita codes.

What was the model name in Toshiba dp1570?Is this digital copier?I heard it first.

Digital copier. Made by Kyo Mita. Same as Mita Ai 1515. Don't know if toner cart is the same, though.
