C010 e350 help

hi every body

i have a e350 machine, today it don't run and appear C010 code.

i haven't sevice manual, how i dont know to do.. help me please.

Dear sir,
C010 main motor abnormality,
take off the rear cover ,SYS board ,then check the main motor mechanism for locked mechanism,broken gears etc..
some times the poor developer unit may cause this kind of error.
"i mean when the developer unit it hard to rotate".
