eB3/ eBX Automatic Meter Notification via Email

I have several e4540c/ e5055c series copiers in the field with multiple customers and a variety of ISPs and private email servers that can scan to email A-OK but are unable to send a scheduled email to my dealer admin address for receiving emails.

The copier shows a 2550 error.

2550 Mailbox unavailable: Destination mail address error

The emails are not going to my inbox as junk email. I have changed the NetBios name away from the default MFP-####### as I know this causes some email system to perceive as spam.

Any ideas?

As I am writing this I just realized maybe the default email subject line needs to be changed.

No, changing the default subject line did not remedy the outgoing meter read notification being somehow blocked.
