developer is adhered to the drum (e-450).

Dear all,
Many of our Hudson (e-450,e-350) machine have a common problem, the developer is adhered to the drum & the output copies have a background and the Toner is everywhere in the machine.
the toner bottle make only about 5-7k copies & the waste toner bottle is filled Almost every 5k
New genuine drum, blade, developer, charge wires toner adjustment is in the range, DC bias is in range etc.
My doubt is there some connection is disconnected.
Had you encountered this problem in the field? Any solving idea might be helpful.
Appreciate your help.

Did you check ground spring(U shaped) under dev unit?
Drum to dev unit distance( i mean ROLL-GUIDE's)?
A saw many posts from you and looks like you're doing very good job, always provide feed back which is great.Good luck and i know you will keep us informed.

Dear all,
the developer bias is there ,i've tried to disconnect the developer bias & the output is different from what i alredy hve.
disconnecting the transfer bias yeilds no picture.
but whats strange is that connecting or disconnecting the seperation bias yeilds the same results.
i've tried to make print outs "function list" and the result copies look like magnified with about 125% and the letters are distorted "not smooth"
as you can see below.

es350-450

What kind of toner you use. OEM Toshiba or something else.

Also have you check ATC sensor in developer assy.
Have you maybe clean developer assy by vacuum cleaner. You know that vacuum cleaner can destroy ATC sensor.

Also have you tried to adjust toner amount in developer assembly. 08 414

Check the dev ground spring (under the dev unit not the plug), the
mag roller stand offs (plastic rollers) and the if any work was done on the fuser lately then check the drive gears. There are two that can be put on backwards which will change the speed of the fuser making the paper move too fast causing the image to strech a little.

every thing is genuine in the machine(Toshiba parts)
the whole process unit is working greatly on another machine (drum, blade, main charger, developer unit)
the developer ground spring is connected to the developer base.
the double-drive gear in the fuser unit is putted in the correct way.
and fuser unit it self has been changed with a new one.
but if you look carefully to the attached function list you can see that the letters is not to scale and the transfer quality is not good (letters are not solid).
did any body have this deformed prints ever.

if the print not solid, try do manual tone up, go 05-201, let the machine run, notice the display on the top left corner the figures run, figures with a % behind, check if it fall between 235-245, within these figures it should be solid enough. if not increase the value with the up key on the touch panel, if all done still result the same, time to change the developer.
