    Impressions of the e347cs series.

I'm just wondering what everyone's opinion's are on the e347cs series? We haven't been happy so far. I have had two units need fusers replaced well before they were due, one machine had 38k and toner build-up on the thermal fuse had scratched it and another one with 18k on it that had a C4E3 error which required a fuser to fix. We've also had noise issues on two machines one with 34k the other with 16k where we had to remove the gear pack which drives the registration assembly and oil it. I've had a black LED array fail on a machine with 23k. And finally today we had an e347 with only 8k on it that had toner leaking from the TBU waste assembly. These seem like real problem machines but I'm wondering what others think...
Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"?

I guess I'm the only one having problems.
