e-studio 20 password reset on web

Hi, We have about 6 of these units that we just received off lease and I am trying to configure the web page, but it asks for a password. I have tried just about every password I could find on here pertaining to the e-studio series, but it doesn't seem like anyone is as low as the "20", they are all 3 digit models.

I also tried the D test mode, 263, and that seems to be an invalid registry, it's blank.

I factory reset wit hthe 1,3 * command. I even cleared 08-360 to 0 (was 27000).


Also, email setup and scanner setup are grayed out on the program menu on the machine.

I still don't have access to the system. I thought I would throw a few other numbers out there. The e-studio 20 is what is on the web page. The copier has e-studio 200 on the front face.

The password should be 12345 or 123456 or password or blank.
They are both the same basic machine (e20 and e200) the 200 is just the newer version. There are two network options on this model one "supports" scan (via the Toshiba viewer only program) and the other is a print only card.
