Toshiba e-studio 352 Firmware Update Help

I need help. The machine keeps failing the HDD firmware upgrade and I can't figure out why. It passes the OS, the engine, and the scanner, but fails the HDD. See attachments pictures of screen shots. Maybe they will help point out what I am doing wrong. Thanks in advance.

If you don't know how to install firmware then you have no business doing it. Call a professional.

I own the manual. It says very little about what to do when three files update and one doesn't.

You may try using a different flash drive, a few of the files may have somehow become corrupt on that drive

Do you set jump of HDD at pin CS? try update firmware again. If It's still fail try another HDD or another firmware. If you need, you send mail buuluutran@yahoo.com.vn, I'll send to you for free.

I tried a not so different usb drive and it worked. Thanks to those that helped.
