Talking e-studio 3511

Had this malfunction for a long time (since the last PM on Image unit parts replacement, at 125k copies), has some 131k copies: offset occurs only with full color; the malfunction is at the Transfer belt cleaning. Cheched it dousens of times, even worked continuously 35 hours! and it keeps the same result - bad cleaning on transfer belt - it can be checked visually that image is offsetted on the belt. Tried hard but really need your help. To me it seems mecanical problem. Changed the Belt cleaning blade with another and no success.

Thanks in advance

It sounds like your transfer belt main drive is slipping,I've seen this many times. In the drive section in the back of the m/c there are belts that stretch or loose teeth. You have to replace them.Toshiba has a kit for this.

i had similar issue some time ago.
in my case there was some offsetting between the colors but in black it was perfect.
i installed the drum drive update kit and it was not the reason.
the right cover was a little slippy and need some tighten only.
the justification was that the charge roller of the transfer belt is in poor contact so that the image is almost reproduced every 13.Cm.
try to push the right cover inside and monitor.
good luck.
