Toshiba E-Studio 550 GL1020 Controller Issues

I'm having the same problem with my Estudio-810. Can someone point me to the Recovery CD?

E35 use controllers GA1020 and GL1010, the GL hangs from the lower back and the GA is inside up higher on the back left, the cable plugs in on the left for network. When you determine which one you have, repost. The GL1010 uses the same image as the GL1020 posted earlier and uses any standard computer HDD.

I'm new here, FIRST POST EVER for me. Easy one I hope.
I was told to check if my 550 has a GL-1020 or a GA-1140 by counting the number of tabs when I push the PRINTER/NETWORK button. I get the "Starting Controller Please Wait" message, but never loads. How do I tell which controller I have? Once I figure that out, I am going to need to need more help I'm sure.
