es5520c no finisher

We have a es5520c that the finisher is broken at a customers and want to have the paper go to the upper exit tray till I can get out there to fix it. I am on . vacation and I can not get there for a week. I found this information once before but not being in the office I can not locate it. My internet is limited here. Does anyone know what this post might be named so I can find it?

Can someone please help me? This customer has disconnected the finisher and if they forget to select the upper tray the copies or prints are falling on the floor. I had found a bulletin a while ago that showed 3 08 settings to change so that the copier would put the paper in the upper tray. I have been searching and may have found the web page but the content was removed. Does anyone happen to know which settings to change. I am camping with my sons and can not get back to the office to till next week to find the settings.
