toner problem in eS2500

Hallo Pro,

I have some problem eS2500, coz my customer ask why meter toner in control panel indicate 100% but toner already empty. even I inform customer to reset the toner every time change with new one. and problem came again this machine running 32.000 copies but the black toner has change 3 times. as we know the life time of toner is 24K. the use normal copy and print. and the image result is perfect.

any one has idea to help answer this question of my customer.

Maybe your client had changed toners before it ends ??
