No problem on bypass because it has paper separation roller. But there is no separation material in paper casette.İt is not enough metal parts at corners.Any ideas?

just check E rings on claws (metal parts as you say)
If there is no E rings claws may drop from good position.

Realy this model do not have any paper feed problem.
