I've done six calls in the last two weeks for exit jams and accordions, and all these machines had no leading edge void at all. One of them specifically had the void adjustments zero'd out. You just can't run an 85cpm MFP without voids. It's the whole spectrum from eS207, eS352, eS455, eS855, eS850, eS723. Am I the only one that notices when there is a really lop-sided or totally missing void area? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I'v never seen a "0" value for Leading Edge acutally mean no leading edge. It's assumed 0 is the spec torelance of 3mm or so.
Typically no edge is indicitive of a registration problem.
The way this series of adjustments usually goes, is once you get the print ratios and write start perfect, then everything else needs adjusting for scanning, and maybe the RADF also. Personally. I think these machines got the rush-rush setup and out the door, without looking at the image positioning. It may surprise you that I'll a little anal about that.Originally Posted by JR2ALTA
