what's the specific solution for "MACHINE INFORMATION ERROR" in es452.why and when it occurs????? Sometime it is solved by changing hdd,firmware update or sys board.Some days ago by firmware updating I perform 0+8>665,690,947. copier is able to copy but I can't enter 0+8 mode it show machine information error, Any suggesstion please

You try changing the Ramtron IC. After It's has been changed the machine maybe inform C59. Don't worry, you update firmware. It will be ok. another hand when you update firmware. Ex the version of machine is not syncronize with your firmware version, you up one of them It will display the machine...... In this case, you up OS first after that you do update full. Good luck to you.
"Machine information error " problem solved by changing an IC located in sys board . sometimes this problem is solved by Hdd or sys board or firmware update. specially it occur after firmware update and 08> 665. Do you know someone why it occur??? and what is perfect one solution of it
