    This might be a record.

it's an e Studio 4520C with EAD0 and E090 and E410 and E870 jams. Well technically they're jams because they're E-codes, but communication errors and door open jams aren't really jams.

Mostly out of curiosity I got out the power quality analyzer. The first hint was the other plug in the outlet ... with it's 16mm power cord leading to the Oce' Plotwave 300 (16A).

The standard I go by for most MFP's is less than 10% hot to neutral, less than 0.5vac ground to neutral. Hot to neutral sagged to 99vac (or 17%), and ground to neutral fluctuating between 6 and 11vac. The MFP actually made a few copies on this power.

The only worse one that I've seen was when we lost power at the office, and they tried to plug the whole office into a 5000W generator. The Copystar CS-5050 went right into a C-code, never even attempted to fire up. The hot to neutral had sagged to 88vac before I started unplugging things. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Nice one !!!!! I love the "first thing in the morning call, the copier codes every day" turns out around the corner is the coffee pot on the same circuit call.... Or the electrician checked the circuit call, when the electrician is the husband that's not there............
