Paper feeds in from either tray up to the registration roller and then stops. No misfeed error. Just keeps running. Thanks for your knowledge and help.

Check the reg roller and the top tray lift motor and top tray feed clutch.
Also check the dev sensor.

This sounds crazy, but check the paper in the drawers and make sure they are loaded correctly. Check your error history for any C14, 15, 16 errors (paper lift error). Have seen this several times that a customer incorrectly loads the wrong paper into the drawer not to the feed side which prevents the bottom plate from lifting into the feed position.

I've seen the transport rollers wear in the center and the paper slips a little. Usually its a customer that runs 81/2 X 11R and legal all the time.

check reg roller mylar, reg sensor, clean reg roller with honey oil

check sys board-format hhd or use another one

Ok, Ok check you can get the format whit 08 690 and 08 691 because that problem is of someting like sofware. try you go to can! ! !
