I am having a problem with this machine adding toner, The toner is new everthing seems to be working . I cheat the door and watch the cartridge turn. none in the tube. Any Ideas?

You need to check to see if the toner tube and the chuck it fits into inside the machine are 180 degrees out of sync. There is a "U" on the rear end of the toner tube and also on the chuck. Both should be in the same relative direction. If you can't see the "U", you can clean the chuck and align the hole on the toner tube with the hole in the chuck.
i have had problem with that before. happened when customer removed toner cartidge and then closed front door before installing new cartridge..when that happens, the cartridge rotation unit rotates and the hole in collar misaligns..
