Toshiba estudio 720 install new toner

Hello
I have to repair a toshiba estudio 720 I replaced some of the developer gears,and had to clean the new toner transport sectionbecause of cf70 error
after doing this the machine give this message install new toner cartridge, the toner cartridge is not empty.
The toner motor does not rotate I have checked all connector and they are fine.
Does any one help with this

Hi
You check the plate on front cover. Does It Cracked? and toner swich is good?

The problem was the toner switch it seems good but did not close the circuit so used a jumper and put it out of work.

go to 123 help then press user then genral then remove toner massage
