Toshiba BD 1710

I have problem with my Toshiba 1710 because the copy button (copy key) remain red. I don't know is someone can help me. There is not a ploblem with the fuser.

1-close the side door or clean its switch
2-close front door
3-clear any jam

There was a ploblem on the cover at right side.
Now i' had a second problem: 123 is flashing despite the key copy counter is insert. A the same time the print copy key remain red.
I'm still waiting your help.

in the first fix the side door proplem by cliosing the magnitic switsh
and try to replace the key panel for fixing the 123 its may broken
