TOSH 3100C Many problems, need more help than local techs can provide

This machine is mainly used as a printer, not a copier. The skyshots always show the right colors, but the color cal from CommandWorkstation is always low.

* Duplexer only works with 60# text (if it does that depends on the weather)
* Pastels don't hold
* Fading effect through all fills down the 11in side of 11x17 (yet photos look great)
* Dog eared corners on certain trays/trays don't stay tight/prints crooked
* Machine continually asks for ALL toners, even when toners are full/new.
* Color cals every few copies (waiting on firmware)
* Fiery light is off most times
* Machine is grinding gears often
* We are waiting on calls more than we are printing.

Constantly gets new epu, drums, developer, gears etc.

What (if anything) have they replaced?
Usually color issues are the transfer belt/developer/drum issues. Also the epu unit is known to cause issue if the gears are not carefully handled. the augers inside the dev units can break causing copy quality issues. As to the fiery it may need a system software reload. Also reseat all the connectors on it.

check the fiery, it might need recalibration, they need a tool for that it is called a Spectrophotometer.
