    Hi,

    im chasing a Toshiba e studio 452 Fuser upper picker fingers holder. They commonly break

    If it's never been changed, there is a parts revision. Instead of a narrow feature to support the claws, it now extends the whole width of the guide.

    There is no photo, but I think this is it:

    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:

    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

    The hard bit is not being able to see the photo. The exact part I'm chasing is the plastic that holds the fingers that sit on the upper Fuser roller. Not the one that can lift open with the claws.

    I understand. The part you want is the one that degrades due to heat most commonly. The holders break so you end up with only one or two heat roller claws remaining. =^..^=
