it show " copying" after a few moment later it comes with white copy on estudio 305

it show " copying" after a few moment later it comes with white copy on estudio 305. First it takes about 3 or 4 inch of paper then rotate few while . my question and problem is why it rotate long time from bypass and drawer. Plz help someone.
Total counter copy is ok and do not take more time. Another thing is when i command more than 1 copy i mean 2 or more then it show copying but do not copy then show "ready"

Problem solved by cleaning ram
