    e2050c Dirty

    Bottom part of paper get dirty print when copy/print A3 & A4 size...

    It seems that toner from transfer belt is not been cleaned properly, resulting the 2nd transfer roller and drum get dirty...

    After replaced drum, 2nd transfer roller & transfer unit cleaning blade, same problem occur, causing the new 2nd transfer roller dirty...

    Before I replace parts, found the transfer unit rear side is jammed, need to use screw driver to adjust the white bushing then only able to take it out. And found that the transfer belt front side seems fold up compare to rear side...

    Going to order a new transfer belt....Any things that I might miss?

    I think I'd take a closer look at the black developer and primary charge. If the primary charge is arcing to the drum it will pull developer like in the pictures. Also you may have a worn developer bearing or seal causing developer bias loss. I had a bad black developing unit just Thursday. It had chewed up the drive gears due to the developer flooding out through the seals. =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    Problem resolved after adjust doctor gap...standard 0.6mm cannot...need manual adjust...

    Congratulations on success, but keep an eye on it. If the mag roller aluminum shaft is worn at the bearing, it's only a short term solution to adjust the doctor blade height. =^..^=
