    Part number request

I am new to Xerox and spent most of my time on Sharps. I can not get my hands on the parts manual for a Xerox 232 CopyCentre. If anyone has the manuals or the part number for the clip that holds the transfer/seperation unit in the up position.

    Re: Part number request

    Google be your friend.

I found 3 sites just by the brand and Model #.

Precision roller will email you the manual, if you buy from them.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

    Re: Part number request

My company doesn't use Precision Rollers. I could not find any free manuals and I find Xerox training confusing as far as path to get certified on anything.

As far as the parts diagram. That is great. Do I have to order all of number 3 (Short paper path assembly) or can I get the clip that is shown on it at the very bottom right corner.

Thanks NMFaxman and Corder. I will try and get it and continue with training.

Use Precision to get the OEM part numbers from their site, just do a search for what you are looking for.

    Re: Part number request

You can buy the latch kits too. We are always willing to help, whether or not you decide to buy from us. We have all the EDOCs too.

DC535F, WC5030F and WCP55F machines can have either the old style (604K21960), or new style (604K35380 / 059K52350) Short Paper Path Assembly. Each SPP has a different size 4b latch.

If you are ordering a new 4b latch, you need to measure the current latch to determine which latch to order:

    1. The old style Short Paper Path Assembly 4b latch measures 28mm wide (PN 3K18370 PL10.20, item 17 in the DC535F EDoc).
    2. The new style Short Paper Path Assembly 4b latch measures 23mm wide (PN 604K41110 PL10.20, item 20 in the WCP275F Edoc).

Note: If the old style SPP is cracked in front of the 4b latch, you can repair it.

Let me know if you need anymore help.
