Xerox nuvera 120 won't process files

Our nuvera 120 is doing something strange. We can send files to it but when we tell it to print it will not process. No error just sits there and never sends to printing. License is all current so not sure what it wants.

Anyone ever see this?

Xtrain, You have told me this before I have tried to get on that site for what ever reason they will not let me on. I fill out the request and they never except me.

We have solved the problem it was locked in a maintenance function when there was a reboot so it never told us. It is running so that's for the help.
