have only 4-361 and 4-560
will check on xerox updates

If 4-361 is what happen ? because customer tell not very clear. if this code how to solve it ? thanks

4-361 and 4-560 are codes for drum motor (CMY)

you have to check drum motor from diagnostic but for that you need xerox pws software and diagnostic software for dcc400.

this machine have two drum motors, one for CMY and one for K.

There is no part nubmber just for motor, you need to replace Drum Motor Assembly

Maybe it sounds like 4-363 (?) If so, check the condition of the K drum and also test the K drum motor. Replace if faulty
