Xeroc DC250 blank area

Hi folks,
working on DC250, Im getting a blank area, its about 1/8" wide, from lead to trtail edge, could it be a blanking led/lamp, or is there a setting in service mode possibly?
any help appreciated...

Check image on drums.
Can be dirty ROS window or problems in developer magnetic brush.

I dont think its a single color, as it shows when running just a black & white copy/print, either from computer(print) on copying on the glass.
Are there default settings for nvram..? it kinda looks like a blanking lamp is coming on, when it should'nt be turned on..as the blank area seems quited uniform as it goes from lead to trail edge..I took this account over rrecently, but I dont any machine log as to what has been done, or any reference to its defaults..so any help is appreciated !

It is A3 it will give us an idea of the fault. It is no good saying that it looks likes, it might be ect... no good for the diagnostic process.

Post a photo or scan of it.
