Does it actually need replacing or do you want to know how to reset the message?
There is 2 options here either reset due to message on User Interface or your having quality issues. Either way I can walk you thru the process (no worries it is nothing like the IR C3200 ITB replacment).. Time wise is about 30 mins. If an ITB assembly is needed I have one in stock rebuilt for $200 plus shippling with exchange, I am VA. PM me
Remove Drums
If finisher is installed disengage from the machine and push to the side.
-Open finisher door and slide latch towards front of the machine.
Angle the machine so you have access to the Right Side of the machine.
There is a small rectangle door with 2 indents on the top. Push down and towards you to open
This is your ITB area
Pull the handle (You will see it) until it stops.
On the left side of the IBT rail you will see a "Latch" that you can move up and down
Push down while pulling assy out about 3 inches and release that latch
Continue to pull on assy until it stops again.
BE CAREFUL AS THIS POINT YOU NOW SEE THE PLASTIC HANDLE ON THE TOP OF ASSY
Now grab handle and push down the lever, while pulling the assy completely out
For Re-installation you have to marry up the metal slides on either side.
If the assy does not go in smoothly at ANY Point REMOVE AND DO NOT FORCE (If you do PM me, ill throw in a coke and a smile with your order of a new assy)
Try again until you hear the 2 metal clicks
Viola you have changed it. Sad thing is,I just wrote an entire step by step on a completely different machine and realized it when I got to the re installation procedures
Hope this helps
