    Docucolor 12 user password!

    Hi
    Please i just receive dc12, when switched on the machine is asking for user password....it is used m/c please any ideas as to bypass user or clear the access setting?
    any advice will be appreciated

    I am a tech but dont know the RAP for this m/c

    Did you try 11111 within the tool button?

    or entering diagnostic, press and hold 0+start
    password 6789
    touch NVM initialize icon
    touch All icon

    go to tools (11111) and disable auditron
    do not perform NVM initalization.
    if you perform NVM initalization you can get more problems.
