    Exclamation i have xerox 5655 withe version 25.054.50.000 install phase incomplete

    i have xerox 5655 withe version 25.054.50.000
    Type in the second line of the screen install phase incomplete
    I try software upgradr by USB flash memory but dont fix it
    I think its need pws & nvb file for this mashine any body can help

    Check the battery on your software module. It should be 2.8V or higher. If the voltage is too low, you will loose NVM settings when the power is turned off (including your meter reading). If the battery is low, before you can proceed, you need to replace the battery.

    Change 03-005 and 03-018 to 4
