    Xerox DC 250 error 093-314

    Hi,

    Does anybody know how to reset the error 093-314? What NVM number to reset? Itīs a Xerox Docucolor 250! Please help!

    it is yellow toner dispense fault.
    you have to check yellow dispense motor and yellow low toner sensor

    Some times I have the same problem with the magenta dispenser (093-315) and I have to reset a NVM code to reset the problem...

    After I check the yellow dispense motor and yellow low toner sensor do you think I have to reset something?

    I have seen the 'spring' that cleans the low toner sensor get pulled out of the toner supply unit and cause these codes to repeat. Toner gets caked on the sensor making the copier think it's full only to have the developer density go light.

    If it repeats, you are due for a new toner supply unit. The spring ain't spared.

    You will need to check the dispense motor and the cartridge motor, if not working then replace it. then you can reset the NVM as mentioned above

    I have a Xerox 550 with the sameproblem. I have changed the rear motor twice and the front motor once but the rear motor keeps failing. I reset the NVM and the print is good for 5 clicks and then fault reappears. Any suggestions?
