Error 045-310 on Screen, 027-741 + 127-210 on Errorpage

Hi all,

we´ve a big problem with our DC250.

Step by step description

- we moved with our company and I talked with a Xerox technican about special safety rules.
- he told me it is better to unmount the Fiery and all cables, what i did. (transported the Fiery with the car)
- after that we moved and i reinstalled the system. Finisher, Paper Magazine etc...
- than an error is shown after the first prints 045-310 (on the machine display) and FF on the Fiery.
- copying is still workíng without any problems
- the CWS can´t connect to the Fiery server sometimes.
- prints are possible. Maximum 7 or 8 pages than the error is here again
- i still use the same computer as before

I´ve installed many systems before (old times when we sold Copy Systems) but never hat an error like this one.

I´ve read that a few of you had the same error but i can´t find a solution.
Shall i reinstall the Fiery software?

I know that the Systemsoftware 1.2 is installed on the Fiery. Problem is, that i don´t have any Discs to try a reinstall from the Software.

Stefan seems to be romanian name.
Before you go to the software reload, open the Fiery cage and reseat all connectors and
memories dimm. Be sure you connect the right cables to the right ports: scan to scan print to print.
Probably I have the 1.2 sys software version - send me mail.

Hi and THank you for your fast answer.

Stefan is in my case a german name ;-)

On saturday i friendly xerox technican came in and we checked the complete system.
(i´d checked the connectors and the ram before)
After he installed the system software again and after that all patches i was in good hope. But failed.
The Fiery di´dn´t orint like before.
After 3 hours searching and testing he told me that eventually the Board crashed. Bullsh....

Now i´m looking for a used Fiery (embedded or stand alone).

If somebody have a Fiery x3ety for Xerox DC250 for sale, please contact me.

I prefer delivery from Germany.

Did you checked the Fiery hdd ? May be some bads cluster on it and the software crash.
Send me a photo with the white label with 3 serial numbers on it.
This label is on Fiery cage.
