WC7328 jamming at exit
Have jamming every time after paper exits fuser and is entering delivery assembly. The trailing
edge of paper has not exited fuser and the front edge is just entering delivery unit. If I manually
turn drive gear for delivery unit while trailing edge of paper still in fuser the paper does not
advance but that is probably because to much resistance in fuser rollers holding paper back.
When I turn drive gear manually with paper out of fuser the paper advances thru exit unit.
I was able to see drive gear turning during copy cycle . I will look in Sm to check paper jam
history for sensor actuated in meantime.
I have swapped with new fuser and exit assembly but still have same issue. I cleaned
2 photo sensors below fuser as well. I don't service this series often and would be very grateful for advice. Frank

Re: WC7328 jamming at exit
Take a good look at FUSSER EXIT SENSOR. Sensor is located at left door assy ( sensor actuator arm could be broken ).
OR
Bearings on BTR assy could be in bad shape.

Re: WC7328 jamming at exit
This is "morning jam"? Try to load paper with SEF.

Re: WC7328 jamming at exit
Thanks Livewire but not morning jam. Jams every page all the time. Fuser exit sensor code 010-110.
