Xerox Nuvera 120 EA configuration/communication fault with Bourg Stacker. FTM 03-3147

We are trying to replace the BFM stacker (DS 3500) with the Bourg stacker (DS 5000). The machine is looking for the tappers from the old stacker and declaring a communications fault. FTM 03-3147. We are trying to attach the stacker to the SEM Sheet Enhancement Module. This fault code isn't even in the documentation so it makes it really hard to troubleshoot. Has anyone tried installing the DS 5000 when the machine had a previous configuration? We are also looking for the part number for the proper lead in guides from the Sheet Enhancement Module to the DS 5000. The ones for the DS 3500 curve upward and won't work. Thank you for any advice or assistance.

Thanks. I will give that a try. What Xerox equipment did you used to work on? We have another customer with a 5135 that needs the 005E21801 coupling assy for one of the paper trays.

I'm currently servicing mostly older 135/min. Xerox machines. Sorry, but I've never serviced the 5135.
