if i remember well, you said that you mesaured voltage on p66, and no voltages.

did you checked all interlocks, front door, left side (for HCF).

if you do not have voltage on p66 and you swap SCAM PWB, then maybe some interlock is bad and can not release voltage to machine.

machine will not have that voltage if any of interlock is broken.

will try to find some other solution

    can you post

a sheet showing interlock locations? I know the red one behind front door is ok

    you are right about P66

getting back to error logs, it is only showing 9-370 now.

At the same time the web interface to server via pro 65 IP address in IE browser will say "5-585 IIOC PWB error" ands says nothing of a 9-370 shown on the copier "machine access" --> "faults" --> "error logs"

interlock locations will be checked - which board is IIOC?

    your input appreciated

you have one interlock near red switch, it is actuated by front door.
another one on left side and have been actuated by small plastic cover or by HCF if your machine have it.

IIOC PWB is a small PWB (have 11 or 9 such PWB in machine).

But fault code 9-370 do not say anything about IIOC PWB.

If someone near you have laptop with xerox pws software you can test IIOC PWB from diagnostic and check if some of it is broken.
