This instraction for 8830 DDS but I think 510 works as same as.

i had already read that instruction and download the "scan to net" licence with the help of Coupon id. but im unable 2 load in the controller. i load through web pmt and also from accxes tool. but licence doesn't work after loading.

i have same problem, scan to net license is lost................so no scanning is possible to computer
i find a manual showing that i need coupon id to get out of this menace......but no coupon id...........
plz tell me the solution.........
