    Asian knock off toner is a mix of shredded car tires and black shoe polish.

    Just repalce the developer module and developer material.
    Follow service manual procedure for replacement and it will do all the calibration you need:-

    1. Select dC131 location 09-271 developer age and reset to zero.
    2. Perform the dC905 TC Sensor Calibration.
    3. Perform ADJ 9.2 Image Quality Adjustment Routine.
    4. If a new developer assembly is installed, reset the Developer count to zero in the HFSI feature screen. Refer to GP 17 High Frequency service Items.

    If you have stains such as splashed (as I can see on ur PDF) this is DRUM!
    - open the drum and from the top side u can see the rubber which abuts drum .... is on some place seperated from drum...
    change drum and I am sure 100%

    wait... take a look logic..

    if is a problem with that developer station ist to be lighter copy? as I said, this is just to drum!
