Fiery Remote Scan Not Working
This is on a Doc 12 with a EX12 rip.
I downloaded the EX12 Remote Scan driver from the Xerox site, installed it fine. It seems to see my device but when I try to "acquire" it hangs.
From Acrobat
File/Import/Scan/Device/Fiery Remotescan 4.4/
At this point it "establishes services", I pick my device from the list
Then choose the "Initiate" tab, and when I click on the acquire button, it goes no farther.
Any thoughts?
I had a different Doc12 with a X12 rip on this network previously. Different IP address but it worked fine.

Fixed!!
I was blaming Xerox, it was a Microsoft thing.
Add or Remove Programs/removed all Fiery programs/Reinstalled Remote Fiery Scan Driver
