Hello my friends, I'm an engineer from Ukraine. I have a problem with the Xerox DC470ST. I went to this unit to take courses in Moscow in 2003, they wrote down the PWS program for a laptop, I soon got a laptop and the programs from the laptop disappeared. On the apparatus of the village the battery and flashed the firmware. Please help who than can. I can not find anything on this device in Ukraine, since this device is obsolete and all the service centers have been removed from the software. The device stood for a long time, the battery sat down. I replaced the battery and, at start-up, the device started to produce the "Communication problem" error. We talked to engineers and came to the conclusion that the software had flown away.
