xerox dc 12 toner sticks on upper fuser

This problem has come to me 4th time in last 20 days.

i got black lines on copy. upper roller has toner stuck in centre of roller. i clean it with brasso. make 10 copies. the toner has again stuck on the roller.

this has happened with 3 previous upper fuser rollers. i have changed lower, donor assembly, and heat rollers, oi as well.

the line on roller was on almost same spot on all rollers.

Your heat roller is being starved of oil in one section which is probably being caused by meter blade failure.

can i use the same upper roller after changing oil blade.

upper roller is giving repeat image and lines are coming on copy on all my previous 3 rollers.

roller after cleaning looks ok on all 3 rollers. but toner sticks on roller at same spot on all 3.

    roller externally is not damaged.

can i renew the oil starved roller. how?

Did you replace complete donor assy or just donor roll.

On assy you get new oil blade.

Did you check and adjust fuser nip.

If oil is dirty, clean oil tank (wash in heat watter), replace oil, clean oil pipe with compressor, replace oil filter and oil wick.

    maybe help you

I am a constructor engennier Xerox Docucolor, this kind of problem was ocurred by the metalic roller heat or preheat roller fuser, you have to move 2mm of the surface of the upper roller fuser. So in Costa Rica the most of the docus have this modification.
Any Questions please let me know.

I think the metering blade has failed on the oil donor assy. I suggest that you change the oil donor assy with the metering blade (not just the donor roll). Of course, it is assumed that you have already cleaned and put new oil in the oil reservoir, changed the oil wick and filter, checked the oil pump, etc. Also, it would be helpful if you also check the temp and heat sensors on each roller if worn; replace them if necessary as they may be causing the mark on the rollers.
