Xerox D110 fault 012-237

Xerox D110 in the finisher when running a 2 point staple job it will intermittently jam and give an 012-237 fault code followed by a 024-747 fault and stapler becomes unavailable until you reboot machine. Paper is stopping just before entering compiler section and stapler is at the center point home sensor position. Anyone seen this fault before?

Hi My friend , you have not told us what you have done so far to clear the this fault.
This looks an intermittent fault
1. check for the mechanical movement of this stapler head for obstruction
2. check for the short circuit wires or broken wire while its in motion. ( power loss)
3 check for dirty sensor associated with this stapler or replace with the similar one for testing.
4. Take your time to service this area very well, this includes gate solenoids loss cables to its motors.
5. clearly check for the paper movement obstructions before it enters the stapler gate solenoid.
