    Xerox wc7545 workflow scanning by host name not work

    dear

    We use workflow scanning on Workcentre 7545 I
    am trying to configure for workflow scanning to a pc windows 10 in terms of the smb share by HOST NAME but still not able scan to pc. I have getting error but if change by use IP ADDRESS scanning is no problem . Please help tell me problem sloving method for wokflow scanning to pc by host name .

    Your problem is with DNS. Check your DNS settings and ensure you are using the correct internal DNS server (usually router or proper server) and only use external DNS servers as secondary and tertiary servers.
